Marketing & Graphic Design

Worked with the COO and Senior Marketing Manager to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across the private aviation company’s eight business verticals, including ten airport locations. Designed and executed campaign strategies that optimized user journeys and engagement across the website, email marketing and CRM systems, social media, and digital advertising. Analyzed user behavior using KPIs and analytics tools to improve campaign performance and conversion rates. Collaborated cross-functionally to create digital content and interfaces aligned with user needs and brand goals for each vertical. Developed and maintained website content and structure in WordPress, enhancing usability and SEO performance. Led the creation of digital and print marketing assets, applying strong visual hierarchy and content design principles, and coordinated webinars and events by designing user-facing materials and managing attendee experience flows.

Created digital content and social media assets using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva, and analyzed engagement metrics to refine content strategy and improve audience interaction. Assisted with campaign execution by focusing on audience targeting and message clarity, and supported the coordination of media events such as brand launches, including appearances on Good Day Chicago on Fox 32.

Grounded Co. Greencastle is a student-run nonprofit organization located in Greencastle, IN that operates as a coffee shop and community center. Grounded hosts weekly events like ‘Coffee & Christ’ and organizes volunteer opportunities for local charities like St. Andrew’s Non-Food Pantry and Beyond Homeless.  I was involved with Grounded for almost three years, working first as Marketing Coordinator and then President of the nonprofit organization. As Marketing Coordinator, I ran Grounded’s social media pages and website, facilitated outreach through email for volunteers and donations, planned events, and created physical marketing materials like flyers, newsletters, and merchandise. As President, I handled finances, led Grounded’s executive team, met with local charities and churches, and I attended local nonprofit meetings for Putnam County.

Worked as a paid part-time staff writer and editor for DePauw University’s independent newspaper, producing and refining news articles. Designed print layouts and visual elements using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva, and structured articles and page layouts to improve navigation and accessibility in a high-density information environment. Collaborated with editorial teams to maintain consistency in content design and presentation across publications, and contributed to broadcast news production and scriptwriting by adapting content for multi-platform experiences, including print, TV, and radio. Received the DeWitt-Wallace Reader’s Digest Print Journalism Award in 2023.

Designed and launched a user-centered website that improved navigation, accessibility, and the application flow for job seekers. Restructured the information architecture and content hierarchy to reduce friction and better guide users toward completing applications. Created wireframes and page layouts to prototype user flows and interface design, and applied insights from Google Analytics to identify drop-off points and refine content placement and calls to action. Additionally, developed and executed targeted digital campaigns that increased website traffic by 50% and improved overall user engagement, while implementing SEO strategies to boost content visibility and align with user search behavior.
